here our first Video Podcast. I know the first one is always the bad one, hey where new at this. There been a lot of stuff been happening and, I will let you know that Jrajio will be no longer in Jan 10, 2010 (loss of work, and bills that need to be payed) we will still do the podcast. if you like to help drop us an email (found at www.jrajio.net) enjoy!

Loved the video. I haven’t made any yet (I’m going to now after watching the video though), but I would imagine that okonomiyaki would be a great vehicle to reuse those leftovers that you weren’t really sure what to do with. e.g. those leftover bits of chicken, vegetable, etc. that you have left over after chopping them up for use in other recipes.
FYI, you had a bit of an audio dropout at 12:45 and again around 21:01, both for about 5 seconds; and a really long one at 23:35 or so. Not sure if it’s worth fixing tho, since it didn’t sound like you were saying anything of particular importance at that time.
